Styled Text in the EMR?

Many (most?) EMRs have support for style attributes in the text. Users are accustomed to word processors - so we expect some style in our text. Bold, Italics, etc. But do we really use these ffunctions in the EMR as we're documenting our visits?

Why do you need/want Style?
To make the documents look professional. To make important sections stand out when I review the documents later. Both Other I don't need style!
